Use as an extra shelf in your oven and cook food directly on it, no need for baking trays or tins. The shelf is extendable, the sides pull out meaning that it can fit most ovens, from 42cm to 60cm approx. wide.
Can also be used on the bottom rung of the oven as an oven liner to catch drips and spills and keep the oven floor clean. Ideal if the heating elements are in the base of your oven meaning a standard oven liner is not an option.
